Vinayakam Consultants — formerly Vinayak Consultancy Services — has spent three decades taking the weight of compliance off founders, so they can get on with building.
The firm grew out of one man's work on the inside. From 1994, founder Manoj Bohra ran compliance and operations for a listed marble-processing company — LODR filings, board matters, sales, purchase and day-to-day management. He learned compliance not from a textbook, but as the person accountable when it had to hold up.
In 2007 he founded Vinayak Consultancy Services, taking that hands-on rigour to turnkey industrial projects — securing the NOCs, government clearances, land conversions and capital subsidies that get a plant from paper to production. Over the years that grew into a full advisory practice for SMEs and manufacturers across Rajasthan and beyond.
In 2017 the next generation joined, adding capital-markets and securities-law depth. Today, rebranded as Vinayakam Consultants, we carry a business from its first registration through years of steady compliance, all the way to the public markets — with the same person accountable throughout.
