Manoj began his career in 1994 on the inside of a listed marble-processing company, where for thirteen years he owned everything from LODR compliance and board matters to sales, purchase and day-to-day operations. That gave him a rare grounding: he understands compliance as the person who is accountable when it has to hold up, not as paperwork filed from a distance.
In 2007 he founded Vinayak Consultancy Services — now Vinayakam Consultants — building a practice known for turnkey project compliance: NOCs, government clearances, land conversion and capital subsidies. He leads the firm's advisory and governance work, and stays personally accountable for the clients he takes on.
The second generation of the practice, he joined in 2017 and brought a finance and capital-markets lens to the firm — broadening it from project clearances into corporate compliance, governance and listing readiness. In 2025 he completed a PGDM in Securities Law from Government Law College, Mumbai, deepening the firm's securities-law and IPO capability.
He leads the firm's corporate compliance, SEBI LODR and IPO-readiness engagements — carrying clients from a clean cap table through to the public markets.
A company secretary by training, Mansi leads the firm's compliance and governance practice — secretarial compliance, ROC and statutory filings, and the year-round obligations that keep a company clean rather than scrambling at a deadline.
With a CS qualification alongside her law degrees, she pairs procedural rigour with a clear read of the legal exposure behind every filing — the detail that turns compliance from a formality into genuine protection.
