Where a matter needs something only a regulated professional or registered intermediary may do, that person is engaged separately — either by the client directly or by us on the client's instructions — and acts on their own professional responsibility. In practice:

Qualifications shown on our team page are personal to the individuals named. A qualification held by a director does not mean that the company is a firm of that profession, or that the individual is acting in practice in that capacity when working on a company engagement.
We take on work only under a written scope. Until scope and terms are agreed in writing, no engagement exists and no duty is owed — an enquiry through this website, or a preliminary discussion, does not create one.
